Mix, Match, & Undulate!
Vera Belikova is back to teach again at Mosaic Oasis! She will be teaching on April 29, 30, May 1 & May 2, 2026
Vera is a mosaic artist and designer based in Venice. Her practice engages with the material and conceptual intersections of time, memory, and belonging. She recieved her formal training at the Scuola Mosaicisti del Friuli (2017), where she developed a grounding in the technical, historical, and theoretical foundations of mosaic art. Her research investigates the contemporary relevance of mosaic through digital fabrication, material innovation, and hybrid techniques.
In this class you will get detailed instructions on how to make an undulating substrate., we won't have time to make them in the class. You will have a choice of a 10 inch or 12 inch backer baord to display your 8 inch by 8 inch undulating mosaic.
